I am thrilled to have found my passion in psychotherapy and helping others. From a deep desire in my heart to make a positive impact, I discovered that people need someone they can trust and talk to without judgment. This need fueled my drive to create a safe space for diverse cultures and populations, mainly the BIPOC Community. My approach is to provide an affirming environment where individuals can identify and achieve their personal goals while coping with the issues that cause them distress, anxiety, and stress.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with years of experience in Behavioral Health, I specialize in Trauma Therapy, but I also incorporate other techniques based on each client's unique needs, including Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, and Play Therapy. During our sessions, we will work collaboratively to find solutions for change, understanding, and empathy. I take pride in the progress and success of my clients and look forward to establishing a collaborative relationship with you.
