Individual Therapy Session
A process through which individuals work one-on-one in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. We focus on your immediate or near future concerns. The sessions range from 45 - 60 minutes.
An educational experience which help participants learn coping skills for managing stress, negative moods, and relationships. During the COVID-19 pandemic our workshops are held remotely.
This is the first step in the therapy process. The initial assessment between the therapist and the client to provide background history for future sessions. This session ranges from 60 - 90 minutes.
Trauma Focused Therapy
Trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) is especially sensitive to the unique problems of clients with post-traumatic stress and mood disorders resulting from abuse, violence, or grief.
